Documents of conformity

The conformity of products is in the Slovak republic managed by the Law nr. 264/1999 – Technical requirements for products and certification of conformity, which was updated and supplemented by other regulations.

The certification is described as the activity of the certification authority, which confirms by issuing of certificate, that the properties of the product and processes connected to the production , or properties of the product, or processes connected to the production are in compliance with the technical requirements for these products set by technical regulations.

The manufacturer and his authorized representative, or the importer can lead-in into the market only safe products. This stands for products both for professional and personal use. If the manufacturer or importer can not be identified, the responsible for complying with the requirements is the distributor.

Our company produces and leads-in into the market products which have to be certified for conformity.

Certification of conformity is realized according to:

• a) Direcive of the Government of SR nr. 308/2004 which sets details of technical requirements and processes of certification for electrical devices in certain voltage range
• b) Law nr. 90/1998 – Construction products and the Regulation nr. 158/2004, which set groups of construction products with set methods of certification of conformity including details of use of marks of conformity set by the Regulation nr. 119/2006.
