Education is the path to prosperity

During this period our company ELKOND HHK,a.s. realizes an interesting project called “Employees training of the company ELKOND HHK, a.s”. The project aims to improve communication and management skills of the staff, improvement of lecturer´s skills of the company trainers for the further education of their colleagues, management improvement of the economy and quality management system, increasing of the language level of employees, qualifications and competence of the staff in IKT. Company ELKOND HHK,a.s.realizes this project both in the headquarters in Trstená, Tvrdošín district, Zilina Region and also in the residence of the management and sales department in Hronsek, district Banská Bystrica, Banská Bystrica Region. The total amount of nonrepayable financial contribution is 199 770,94 €. The main aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the ELKOND HHK, a.s. through a comprehensive human resources support by raising of their educational level. The target group are employees working under an employment contract in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Code.

Specific aims and activities of the project:

Improvement of the communication and management skills of the staff
Improvement of the lecturer´s skills of the company trainers for the further education of their colleagues
Improvement of the management of the economy and quality management system
Increasing of the language level of the employees
Increasing of the qualification and competence of employees in IKT

This project is realized thanks to the support from the European Social Fund within the framework of the Operational Programme Employment and Social Inclusion.
